We're happy that you have chosen to pre-register for the 2023 Evans Family Reunion which will be held August 3-6, 2023. Your cooperation helps us to plan effectively to accommodate the needs of our family reunion! 

Registration Information

• Online Registration is available below. Registrations are NOT confirmed until registration fees are received.

• Registrations are needed promptly to cover all upfront costs associated with the Reunion.
• You may also click the link below, print, complete and send in your registration.

Cancellations:

After registering, if you find AT ANY TIME that you will NOT be able to attend, PLEASE contact Registration IMMEDIATELY via e-mail at [email protected] if you would like to transfer your registration to another individual who can take your place.

Please inform us of cancellations immediately. With cancellations -- the Registration Fee will not be refunded.

Reunion Registration Fees are due Sunday, May 28, 2023

REGISTRATION FEES: The Registration Fees are $125.00 (Adults 18 and Up) - $75 for Youth (12-17),  Children 5-11 $25.00, and Children 4 - Under - FREE. The Reunion Registration fees are per person and cover food during the Friday night event (except Next Gen Kickback) and Saturday lunch, dinner and activities, t-shirt, and reunion themed memorabilia.

PAYMENTS: You may pay via the PayPal QR Code on the Evanstory Home Page or your Debit/Credit Card. CashApp: $DarleneCarson or Venmo @Darlene-Carson or Check/Money Orders payable to Darlene Carson, 4602 Thornoak Drive, Grove City, OH 43123. Please note: Evans Registration in the memo. NOTE: There will be no additional T-Shirts at the Reunion, to receive a T-Shirt you must pay registration.

All information requested is pertinent to the Reunion and your immediate registration is contingent upon a COMPLETE Registration Form. Check all appropriate information and make notations where necessary.
